Ok, same as yesterday but the rain is harder and we lose the shore power, everything is totally black. Michael decided it was a good time to fill the water tanks but guess what, no power..no water..foiled again. Went to take a nap in the V berth and found it to be soaking wet..a leak from somewhere. I take all the sheets and comforters (big heavy comforters) off of the bed and get ready to take them to the dryer only to remember that there is no electricity, ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, not good. So we wait and wait and around 6 PM the electric comes, the winds slow down, and the rain stops so up to the laundry I go. Lookin good. Most of the stuff dried but I didn't bring enough quarters to do it again so back to the boat i go. Getting on and off the boat is not an easy task because the tide is so high and I have such short legs, good thing it's raining and no one is out with a camera. Just in time because like Linda Ed said, the storm has whipped around and here it comes again. We have been getting weather updates from all our friends all day and they aren't good. OK, there is always tomorrow.
