Trying to leave Friday November 6, 2009

Travel with Captain Diane, Captain Mike and Skipper along the ICW to Florida. Friday we had all intentions of leaving for the warmer weather but the fates were not allowing that to happen. It was a good thing,  we got to see Ryan and Dylan along with Tracy and Destina and Andrea were able to visit and have dinner before we left. Getting to ready, with the help of Steve, I asked Michael if the dinghy motor was working and he replied that he hadn't tried it as yet. well, guess what, no water coming from the water pump so off to Oceangate Marina to get fuel and have them look at the motor. A no go, they had no time to check it so I called Odette at West Marine and by 5:00 Adam and Jason had delivered, installed and got running our new Mercury 9.9 motor. Thank you all.
